On April 19, DAY6 released their mini 7th album ‘The Book of Us : Negentropy – Chaos swallowed up in love’ (‘Negentropy’), which marks their return to full strength after about a year.
DAY6, who delivered strong resonance in the hearts of listeners by singing every moment, talks about the completion of love and draws the future. In particular, this album has special significance as it is the first album with all five members in about a year since their mini 6th album ‘The Book of Us : The Demon’.
Since their debut, DAY6 has participated in writing and composing each album, demonstrating their wide musical spectrum and instrumental skills. The new album, ‘Negentropy,’ which encompasses the book series ‘The Book of Us,’ is a powerful step forward for the group.
Based on the physics term for the increase or decrease in energy, Negentropy explores the theme that love is the energy that ultimately restores us, and love is what unites us.
‘Negentropy’, which is an abbreviated version of a book, brings a happy ending to the epic journey of the book series and looks forward to another hopeful chapter.
